The next in our series of Friday night specials will be on Friday 8th March 2024 at 7.30pm in the Lighthouse. Jerry Marshall will be giving an illustrated talk on his trip to Burundi, the second poorest nation on earth.
Jerry is Founder Director of the UK charity Transformational Enterprise Network (TEN). The organisation helps some of the poorest people in the world create small businesses, so they can feed and educate their children without the dependency and loss of dignity that come from handouts.
Jerry Marshall will describe his recent trip, some exciting developments since then and explain more about the TEN approach.
